The terms and definitions used in these terms and conditions, as well as other terms of delivery and payment, are specified in the RULES OF USE OF THE SITE, which are posted on the website https://agroscales.com/
Terms of delivery
1. The cost of delivery depends on the chosen delivery method, the weight and dimensions of the purchased Goods and is determined in accordance with the rules and prices of the carrier that will deliver.
2. All Goods ordered in the online store are delivered by the carrier chosen by the User when placing the order.
3. The total time of receiving the shipment is affected by:
a) order fulfillment time
b) the delivery term depending on the carrier, the type of goods and the method of delivery.
4. The online store is not responsible for the actions or inaction of the carrier, including delays in the delivery of goods by the carrier. The responsibility of the online store ends from the moment the Goods are shipped to the carrier chosen by the User when placing the order.
5. We fulfill the order taking into account the availability of the Goods in the warehouse and the time required for preparation for shipment.
6. Products that are on permanent sale in the Internet Store are usually shipped on the day of placing the order (if the order was placed before 12:00) or the next day, if the order was placed after 12:00.
7. Weighing equipment and its accessories are usually manufactured/prepared for shipment within 2-7 working days (depending on the selected model) from the moment of receipt of advance payment for the goods and can be shipped within 3 working days after they are ready.
8. The specified terms are conditional and may be extended by the online store. In this case, the online store notifies the User who placed the order.
9. After funds are deposited into the account specified in the invoice issued by the Seller for payment.
10. In the event that the ordered product is not available, the online store has the right to refuse to fulfill the order and, if possible, to notify when such product will be available.
11. If only a part of the product is missing from the order, the online store informs about this and offers to fulfill the order partially.
12. If the shipment does not reach the User who placed the order, despite the fact that the online store accepted the order for fulfillment and sent a confirmation to the e-mail and/or messenger such as Viber or Telegram of the User about its shipment, the customer is obliged contact the online store and report it.
13. The user who placed the order is obliged to inspect the delivered parcel in a timely manner when receiving the goods. In case of loss or damage to the Product, the User has the right to demand from the employee of the carrier, according to the rules of such carrier, to draw up an appropriate document about this and compensation for damages.
14. Acceptance of the Product by the User is carried out on the basis of the invoice, which is sent together with the Product.
Within 3 (three) working days from the date of receipt of the Goods and invoices for such Goods from the Seller or Carrier or Forwarder, the User must accept the Goods, sign 2 (two) copies of the invoices provided by the Seller and return (send) 1 (one) copy of the signed invoice to the Seller invoice or in the same period provide (send) the Seller a justified written legal refusal to accept such Goods and sign the invoices. Failure by the User to comply with the terms of this clause in setting the deadline without providing appropriate written comments to the Seller or by signing the invoice, the Buyer confirms acceptance of the Goods in full and without comments.
15. The User understands and agrees that the Product is not included in the Register of approved types of measuring equipment and cannot be used in the application categories specified in sub-clauses 1-6 of clause 2 of the Technical Regulation on non-automatic weighing devices.
Terms of payment
1. Payment for the Goods shall be made only in the national currency.
2. The prices on the Online Store Site, posted next to these Goods, are gross prices and do not contain information about delivery costs and any other costs that the User bears independently after placing an order.
3. The User pays for the Goods ordered by him by non-cash payment on the basis of the invoice issued by the online store. The execution of the order will begin after the funds are credited to the online store's bank account.
4. The price of the product must be paid within 2 (two) days from the moment of issuing the invoice for payment by the online store.
5. In the purpose of payment, the number and date of the payment invoice issued by the online store must be specified.
6. When receiving the Product, the User who made the payment must have with him a document in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, which entitles him to receive the paid Product.
